We’re hiring a Senior Sales Associate to join our Twickenham Office.Your profileWhat You’ll Be DoingManaging a broad portfolio of premium Twickenham propertiesHandling applicant enquiries, arranging and conducting viewingsNegotiating sales, managing offers, and securing the best outcomes for sellersBuilding lasting relationships with clients and buyersSelling financial service and legal referralsPlaying a key role in driving new business through referrals and local canvassingWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum 2 years experience in a property roleHighly motivated and commercially mindedConfident communicator and sharp negotiatorOrganised and detail-oriented under pressureFull UK driving licence (essential)What You’ll GetBasic Salary: £25,000 per annumOTE: £50,000+ (uncapped)Car Allowance: £2,400 per annumWorking Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm. Saturdays, 10am–4pm on rotation (5-day working week)Holiday: 20 days, plus bank holidays and your birthday off.
