Astute’s Renewables team are partnered with established and expanding anaerobic digestion business who design, build and operate assets. They’re looking to recruit an experienced Operations Administrator to be based at their head office near Peterborough.The Operations Administrator Support role comes with a salary up to £35,000 (DOE), pension, healthcare and excellent benefits package.If you’re an experienced Operations Administrator with a good commercial acumen and are looking to work for an established business, then submit your CV to apply today.Responsibilities and duties of the Operations Administrator Support roleReporting to the Group Asset and Operations Manager you will:

Manage and coordinate all RHI (renewable heat incentive), GGCS (Green Gas Certification Scheme) and ISCC accreditations and certifications.
Support with preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly ISCC, RHI and GGSC submissions.
Support our sites in submitting waste returns with the EA
Assist in preparing reports for management, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders.
Support logistics including scheduling of deliveries, waste handling, and digestate removal.
Assist in implementing and maintaining health and safety protocols.
Support procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
Input operational data into monitoring and maintenance systems and ensure data accuracy
Assist in compiling feedstock performance data and supporting the Operations Manager in
commercial activities.
Help co-ordinate and implement feedstock sampling and inspection regimes.
Contact and maintain strong relationships with new and existing suppliers
Business travel when required
Other duties as required

Professional qualificationsWe are looking for someone with the following:

Relevant Degree or proven experience
Full UK Driving Licence

Personal skillsThe Operations Administrator Support role would suit someone who is:

Strong analytical aptitude and ability to convey complex information clearly.
Good commercial acumen and understanding of procurement processes.
Strong IT skills in MS Office packages
