Start Date: Ongoing recruitment – weekly inductionsAbout the RoleWe are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a large-scale distribution site operating 24/7 (excluding Christmas). This site handles alcohol, confectionery and appliances.The operation uses a range of MHE (Material Handling Equipment), including:VNAReach TruckCounterbalanceHLOP (High Level Order Picker)Full training will be provided on-site by qualified trainers, making this a great opportunity for both experienced MHE drivers and candidates with the right attitude looking to upskill.Key ResponsibilitiesOperating MHE (training provided if required).Picking orders, including working at height (up to 10m) with a safety harness.Handling goods such as alcohol, confectionery and appliances.Maintaining accuracy and performance standards (monitored via Auto Store).Following health & safety procedures at all times.Shifts & PayShifts (4 on, 4 off):Days: 06:00 – 18:00Nights: 18:00 – 06:00Pay Rates:General Operative Days – £12.21 p/hGeneral Operative Nights – £13.96 p/hMHE Days – £12.69 p/hMHE Nights – &poun
