You will receive mentoring, guidance and the chance to develop your leadership skills while taking on meaningful responsibilities from day one.The RoleSupporting the Packhouse Manager with all daily operations and deputising when requiredLeading and motivating teams to deliver on production, quality and customer service targetsManaging budgets, controlling costs and producing clear performance reportsEnsuring high standards of food safety, quality, health and safety, and hygiene are consistently achievedPlanning labour and resources effectively to meet production targetsWorking as part of the wider site management team and providing support to another packhouse for up to 4 weeks a year during January or FebruaryWhat you will bringClear and confident communication skills at all levelsStrong people leadership with the ability to keep teams focused and motivatedA calm and solution-focused approachHigh integrity and resilience in a fast-moving environmentAn open and honest mindset with a commitment to excellence * The role requries personal flexibilityWhat this opporunity?You will be joining a values-driven business where your career development is a priority.
