- Front-of-house reception duties: meeting and greeting clients, logging attendance, and issuing keys
- Liaising with tenants, contractors, and internal teams
- Producing reports for the management team
- Ordering materials and raising purchase orders
- Updating compliance records and maintaining accurate documentation
- General administrative support as required
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- A sharp eye for detail to ensure records are accurate and up to date
- A professional and friendly telephone manner
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
