With people and the built environment at the heart of everything they do, they're now looking for a talented Multiskilled Fabric Engineer to join their team.The Role
As a mobile Fabric Engineer, you'll be carrying out a variety of reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and minor project works across client sites in your region. Every day will be different - from fixing a leaking tap to repairing a roof tile - you'll be the go-to problem solver for keeping facilities in top condition.What You'll Be Doing:
  • Brick & block laying
  • Plumbing repairs
  • Plastering & tiling (walls & floors)
  • General building, carpentry & joinery
  • Painting & decorating
  • Lock, door & window repairs
  • Groundworks & roofing
  • Supporting minor project works and refurbishments
What We're Looking For:
  • NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in a relevant trade
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar multi-skilled role or construction environment
  • A proactive, adaptable approach to work with a focus on high standards
  • Good communication skills and a strong customer focus
  • Full UK driving licence
