Job Description:The Data Insights Graduate Programme Our Data Insights Graduate Programme is a two-year structured scheme designed for graduates with a passion for data analytics and problem-solving. During this programme, you will work with our Data & Insights team, using cutting-edge tools and techniques to analyse large datasets, generate key business insights, and drive data-driven decision-making across the organisation.Through 6-month rotations, you'll rotate through various functions, including central data teams, digital & technology and supply chain, giving you exposure to different areas of our business. You'll gain hands-on experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and data visualisation while working on impactful projects that enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability. You'll also benefit from a structured learning programme, with online tools, workshops, and a supportive network of fellow graduates. Plus, your dedicated mentor and Graduate Programme Manager will guide you every step of the way.This programme is designed to develop you into the next generation of data scientists & engineers and analysts that will pioneer the use of data, analytics and artificial intelligence to revolutionise how data is used in industry.What We Offer:
