If you have experience in education, sports coaching, youth work, or a related field—and you're enthusiastic about helping students succeed—we’d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students stay on task.Create a calm, respectful, and productive learning environment.Support students with lesson materials and address any queries.Manage classroom behaviour effectively, adhering to school policies.Report any concerns or incidents to the appropriate school staff.Promote an inclusive, engaging, and safe learning experience.What We’re Looking For:Experience working with young people, preferably in a school or similar setting.Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Confidence in behaviour management and maintaining pupil engagement.Flexible and adaptable approach across different year groups and subjects.Positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to contribute to school life.Why Join The Supply Register?Free CPD Training: Access ongoing professional development to enhance your skills.Weekly PAYE Payments
