Your key responsibilities
  • Assisting in origination and execution of corporate finance transactions
  • Driving the development of compelling client and investor materials
  • Financial modelling that supports transaction origination and execution
  • Effectively delegating tasks to other bankers
  • Supporting the broader franchise with tasks such as organising recruitment events and running point on the intern programme and subsequent development
Your skills and experience
  • Analyst level from other investment banks
  • M&A professionals from the major accounting firms (working in M&A, not Transaction Services (TS)
  • Excellent technical skills
  • Ideally focused on Industrial transactions but the team is open to other sector backgrounds too
  • Familiar with the Corporate Finance toolkit and the whole transaction process
  • Team player
