Managing your own caseload with support from the Partners and the wider team
Assist with the development of long term client relationships
Attend business development activities on behalf of the team and on behalf of the firm
Pursue referral agreements with local and national Agents
Promote and cross sell the services of the firm with all external clientsYou
Have experience of managing a caseload of property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least two years' experience in a similar and comparable environment
Comprehensive understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures
Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and work independently
Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents
Skilled at building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationshipsBenefits Include:
