Air Export Operator

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on individual with Air Export experience, along with any Road, Sea Export experience is advantage, or training will be given.
Role Involves:
· Organising / Handling client shipments for global movements, start to finish including billing the clients using our inhouse system.
· Liaising with suppliers and clients, preparing paperwork and handling pre-alerts/post flights.
· Handling Quotes for clients and negotiating best prices with suppliers.
· Completing Customs Entries and processes, start to finish using Sequoia.
· Processing ATA carnet/SEIL/OGEL Licenses is desired, but training will be given.
· Answering and coordinating replies to Overseas agents/ Clients.
· Responsible for coordinating productions.Experience
· Air Export start to finish experience.
· Any Road, Sea Exports advantage
· Able to multitask and highly organised
· Air Dangerous Goods advantage (training will be given)
· Willing to take the lead on preparing shipments for success.
· Good Knowledge of Customs matters.
· Ability to solve problems.
· Ability to communicate at all levels.
Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm.
