We're looking for a Senior Project Manager within Professional Services to lead cross-functional teams and drive the successful execution of large-scale initiatives across our organisation. In this role, you'll collaborate with stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Experience Verticals to shape roadmaps, manage timelines, and ensure seamless delivery using industry-leading technologies.You'll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.   • Lead the end-to-end delivery of up to four high-complexity projects annually, plus additional moderate initiatives.
  • Own project planning, scheduling, and execution across the full product development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Resource Managers to secure and manage project resources.
  • Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders informed with clear, timely updates.
  • Drive continuous improvement by refining project processes and identifying efficiency opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance and external regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze project data to inform decisions and track performance against key metrics.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels—from technical teams to senior leadership.
What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience managing IT or software development projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies; certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or similar is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced skills in resource planning, risk management, and project governance.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering value.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and navigating matrixed organisations.
