Your Role & ResponsibilitiesThis is a key leadership role where you’ll be running the show from open to close. As the Coffee Shop Manager, you will:
  • Train, support, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food, coffee, and presentation.
  • Get hands-on with our small, fresh brunch menu, located right in the main area.
  • Manage stock, rotas, orders, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work towards sales targets and control costs.
