- Selling exhibition stands and sponsorship packages to senior decision-makers across various industries.
- Developing and managing strong client relationships to drive repeat business and growth.
- Representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events nationwide.
- Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are delivered seamlessly.
- At least 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally within events, exhibitions, or media.
- A confident, self-motivated individual with a hunter mentality and a track record of hitting targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills – comfortable engaging clients over the phone and face-to-face.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- A tenacious, strategic thinker who thrives under pressure and is eager to succeed.
- Basic salary up to £40,000 + uncapped commission structure.
