You'll be at the heart of transforming how we work, helping teams unlock their potential through innovative Continuous Improvement (CI) tools and techniques.Why this role is exciting:

What you'll be doing:
  • Championing CI tools and embedding them into our change programmes and everyday operations.
  • Facilitating engaging workshops and solving real-world problems at a local level.
  • Driving process improvements with a focus on end-to-end thinking and building a change-ready workforce.
  • Identifying and delivering measurable benefits that make a difference.
  • Coaching and training colleagues to build lasting CI capability.
  • Supporting and mentoring your peers within the CI team, sharing your expertise and growing together.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLEWe're looking for someone who's not just experienced - but energised by the power of change. If you're passionate about making things better and have a knack for inspiring others to do the same, you'll thrive here.Here's what will help you succeed:
  • Hands-on experience with Continuous Improvement (CI) and SBF tools and techniques - and a clear understanding of how they work together to drive transformation.
  • A proactive mindset that's always thinking ahead, with a strategic view of the bigger picture.
  • The ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships and driving collaboration.
  • A track record of problem-solving and delivering change, whether through projects, programmes, or local initiatives.
  • Experience in coaching and training others, helping teams build confidence and capability in CI tools and techniques.
