ISSMobile Air Conditioning / Electrical EngineerLocation: West Midlands, ST1 5PZHours of work: 40Contract Type: PermanentThe Multi Skilled Engineer will play a key role in helping ISS deliver its vision of becoming the world’s greatest service organisation, supporting our customers’ purpose through exceptional service performance and people empowerment.Job DescriptionFocused on providing a world-class and consistent building maintenance service, you will work across designated client sites delivering air conditioning, refrigeration, and general building maintenance. This includes fault finding, repairs, maintenance, and installations, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesComply with H&S regulations, Risk Assessment, F-Gas, LV Safe Systems of Work, COSHH
Complete PPM, reactive and proactive works within agreed SLAs
Deliver work to exceed customer expectations
Undertake primarily air conditioning duties plus first-line electrical maintenance
Provide 1-in-4 out-of-hours callout cover and occasional planned night work
Monitor contractors, issue Permits to Work, and ensure quality standards are met
Maintain equipment performance and surrounding areas to company standardsProfessional and Personal Competencies/QualificationsCity & Guilds 2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants or CITB J11 equivalent
NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Commercial Refrigeration and AC Systems
Recognised air conditioning apprenticeship
18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (BS 7671:2008)
