- Execute, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including, but not limited to, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and display
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling ad creative and messaging
- Monitor, assess and report on campaign performance providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Assist in managing budgets and pacing to ensure efficient spend across channels
- Support the set up and roadmap of A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and ad copy
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with proven ownership of campaign execution and optimization for ad platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Display
- Experience optimizing and testing paid media landing pages
- Strong data analysis skills and experience in tools like GA4, Looker, Dreamdata, Salesforce and Power BI
- Familiarity with intent-based advertising platforms like 6sense is a plus
- Working knowledge of lead generation, B2B funnel metrics and marketing pipeline creation
- Collaborative spirit, strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Proactive self-starter who demonstrates agility and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, evolving environment
