You’ll be working in a supportive and established environment where many staff have been with us for over 20 years—proof of the positive and stable culture we’ve built.As part of a vibrant and welcoming community hub, you'll provide support to female individuals in their day-to-day lives—helping them maintain independence, engage in activities they enjoy, and access the wider community.What You’ll Be DoingProviding personal care, practical assistance, and emotional supportSupporting service users with daily tasks in their homes and the communityPromoting choice, dignity, and independenceBuilding trusting relationships and encouraging social inclusionWorking both individually and as part of a dedicated teamAbout the ServiceThe majority of our service users live independently within the same community complex, which fosters strong friendships and a wholesome, neighbourly atmosphere.
