OverviewJob Title: Stores Coordinator/Dishwasher agentCompany: SwissportLocation: Edinburgh AirportContract Type: FullTimeHours: 37.5 hours per week, between Monday to Friday (shift work) 0900-1700 & 1230-2030Salary: £12.41 per hourAbout the Company:Swissport is an award winning, leading provider of ground and air cargo services, dedicated to delivering efficient and reliable solutions to airlines and airports worldwide.Job Summary:The Stores Coordinator reports to the Team Leader and is a key member of the back of house team focusing on stock, delivery & waste activities to ensure guest expectations are met and exceeded, so they leave our lounges feeling Welcome, Relaxed & Energised.ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for taking the deliveries at the goods in dock / agreed location and transporting them to the lounge store areas.
  • Check the deliveries against the order sheets and highlight any differences and short date items
  • Re stoke the lounge, including bar fridges when required by the lounge hosts including the movement of frozen, chilled and heavy beverage items.
  • Rotate stock to reduce wastage.
  • Waste away services following recycling procedures.
  • Maintaining high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in all areas.
  • Operate dishwasher and glass washer
  • Any other reasonable requests made by the team leader or manager.
  • Adhoc reasonable requests by local leadership team.

  • The moving of full cages and beverage boxes can be demanding, full H&S including manual handling training will be given.
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal, computer skills and advantage but not vital.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or be self-motivated to complete tasks.
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures and to apply flexibility when required.
  • Shifts will be between the hours of 0700 and 1500 Mon – Fri but may vary.
