We're working with a fast-growing, independently owned commercial insurance broker who are looking to expand their footprint in Croydon as part of a wider growth strategy. With a strong reputation for service-led broking and client retention, they are now seeking an experienced Commercial Account Executive to join their team and take over a well-established portfolio of clients.This is a rare opportunity to step into a book of commercial clients with high retention, while also being given the tools, support, and autonomy to develop the portfolio further.The Role:
  • Inherit and manage an existing book of commercial clients across a wide range of sectors and risk profiles.
  • Deliver high-quality account management, ensuring strong retention, technical delivery, and relationship development.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the current portfolio, while also being encouraged to develop new business through referrals, networking, and inbound leads.
  • Work closely with a highly capable internal broking and support team who will handle day-to-day policy administration.
  • Represent the Croydon office as a senior client-facing professional, contributing to the branch's ongoing growth.
