- Inherit and manage an existing book of commercial clients across a wide range of sectors and risk profiles.
- Deliver high-quality account management, ensuring strong retention, technical delivery, and relationship development.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the current portfolio, while also being encouraged to develop new business through referrals, networking, and inbound leads.
- Work closely with a highly capable internal broking and support team who will handle day-to-day policy administration.
- Represent the Croydon office as a senior client-facing professional, contributing to the branch's ongoing growth.
