Fire Engineer

- Producing clear and concise fire safety reports for new builds, refurbishments and complex developments
- Engaging directly with clients, design teams and external stakeholders to guide projects from concept through to completion
- Applying strong knowledge of UK fire safety legislation and guidance (including Approved Document B and BS 9999/BS 7974)
- Identifying and delivering practical, risk-informed fire safety strategies tailored to each project
- Supporting senior staff with project management and mentoring junior colleagues
- A degree in Fire Engineering or a closely related discipline
- Proven experience in a fire consultancy or similar environment, at least 12-18 months
- Up-to-date understanding of UK fire regulations and standards
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality technical reports
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in client-facing scenarios
- A pragmatic, solution-focused mindset when addressing complex fire safety challenges
- £45,000 – £55,000
