Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Childcare (a degree in Early Childhood Education is highly desirable)Nursery Nurse Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children aged 0-5
- Plan and deliver fun, stimulating activities that support early learning and development
- Track and record children's progress in line with EYFS standards
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Support the school in maintaining an inclusive and high-quality early years provision
- A recognised childcare qualification (minimum Level 3 or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- A patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children
- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
