Start Date: ASAP (Flexible for notice periods)We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician on behalf of a leading provider of building services and facilities maintenance solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable and competent electrician to join an established team working across a variety of commercial and industrial sites.Duties of a Maintenance ElectricianIn this role, you will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive electrical maintenance in live environments. You will be expected to:Carry out electrical fault finding, repairs, and installationsPerform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across multiple systemsRespond to reactive callouts and emergency repairsEnsure all works are compliant with BS7671 wiring regulationsComplete EICR reports, inspection, testing, and relevant documentationMaintain high standards of health and safety and professional conduct on-siteSkills and Experience of a Maintenance ElectricianTo be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following:Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation or equivalent18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)2391 or 2391-52 Inspection & Testing (preferred but not essential)A valid ECS or JIB Gold CardPrevious experience in maintenance and reactive works
