Our client is regarded as one of the best law firms outside of London which are a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.Responsibilities:As a Corporate Solicitor with us, you will be responsible for advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and joint ventures, capital markets and private equity.
