The Propositions Manager will develop B2C customer propositions end-to-end. The successful candidate will have a keen understanding of customer needs and market trends, and will use this knowledge to steer the development of innovative products and services.
  • Develop innovative propositions based on customer insights and market trends that align with the organisation's strategic objectives and values.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from conception to retirement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders internally and externally to bring new products and services to market and develop effective promotional strategies.
  • Monitor and report on product performance and customer feedback.

  • Preferably, 5+ years marketing experience developing B2C customer propositions
  • Ideally, experience in a large B2C organisation or working with one via agency
  • Superior communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities.
