- Leading the full sales cycle for Cards and Payment solutions across banks in Europe.
- Building and managing a robust pipeline of opportunities through strategic prospecting and relationship development.
- Engaging with C-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, COO, Heads of Digital/IT) to understand business needs and present tailored solutions.
- Collaborating with internal product, pre-sales, and delivery teams to shape compelling proposals and RFP responses.
- Representing FIS at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Meeting and exceeding annual sales targets and contributing to the broader success of the EMEA Banking team.
- Proven track record in enterprise software sales, ideally within Card issuing, Payments, or financial services technology.
- Strong understanding of the banking technology landscape, including legacy transformation and cloud-native platforms.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience selling into European markets and navigating complex, multi-country sales cycles.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across global teams.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in European banking.
- Multilingual capabilities (especially in German, French, or Spanish).
