- First and foremost, you will be responsible and accountable for achieving and exceeding your own sales KPI's from an activity, revenue and margin perspective.
- Manage key customer relationships, and ensure high customer retention and satisfaction. Manage performance and drive the team to increase New Business Development.
- Ensure the sales team are trained on and understand new products and solutions as they enter the market.
- Ensure the team are maximising sales opportunities through allocated accounts & new business - planned method & approach to win potential business at maximum Gross Margin.
- Proactively manage CRM system, activity, opportunity pipeline reporting. Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of business development activities.
- Prepare regular reports on business development progress, achievements, business plans and challenges for management review.
- Supply weekly accurate sales forecasts to Head of Regional Sales
- Observe all health and safety requirements, ensuring that you, and others around you are operating in a safe manner.
- Active management of your own accounts to increase retention and spend.
- New Business Prospecting to increase Securitas Technologies customer base within the Fire market.
