- The school seeks a SEN Learning Support Assistant within schools who will be confident, empathetic, patient and caring.
- Assist with students’ individual learning programs, including one-to-one and small-group support, tailored to their specific needs
- A SEN Learning Support Assistant have flexibility in handling sudden changes in routine or behaviour.
- Delivering Learning support to children aged 2-11 years old on a one-to-one and small-group basis.
- Building a trustworthy and long-lasting relationship with students, enabling them to reach their full potential whilst shining bright.
- The school is a specialist setting for children with special educational needs (SEN), supporting students aged 2 to 19 in small classes and through one-to-one teaching.
- The school is dedicated to helping each student reach their full potential within a respectful, inspiring, and supportive environment.
- A personalized curriculum is provided to meet the unique needs of each learner, within an inclusive and nurturing setting.

- Experience in Classroom Support (Preferable)
- have your own transport
- Experience with both small group and 1:1 is beneficial
- Friendly and nurturing qualities.
- Competent behaviour management skills.
- Familiarity with a range of needs (e.g., ASD - Autistic Spectrum Disorder, SLD - Severe Learning Difficulty and PMLD - Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulty).
- Preferably moving and handling training or have recent experience in this.
- Have a patient and caring nature.
- Have a desire to work with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
- Willing to complete CPD training.
- Have a desire to work with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
- Excellent daily rates paid weekly by our in-house Payroll team using the Pay As You Earn (PAYE) system.
