
Sales Account Manager

- Managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients, including key accounts
- Identifying new opportunities and upselling packaging solutions
- Providing outstanding service, building trusted long-term relationships
- Pricing, proposing, and negotiating contracts and stock agreements
- Planning and forecasting to ensure smooth seasonal supply
- Taking full ownership of client accounts
- Attending virtual and occasional in-person meetings
- Occasional UK travel required (1-2 times/month); full UK driving licence essential
- Proven experience of account management or B2B client services, with a track record of growing existing accounts
- Experience within a packaging or printing environment is very desirable but not essential
- Experience of using SPOCS ideal
- Strong excel skills
- Strong commercial skills including quoting, pricing, and negotiating
- Confident communicator, comfortable with senior stakeholders and virtual client meetings
- £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
- 26 days + bank holidays
- Permanent, with a standard 6-month probation period
