We operate in more than 40 countries and we’re growing all the time.We are a passionate and friendly team of people who care deeply about Making Everyday Life Easier for our customers.We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales/Operations Manager to join our Bathing team based on site at our office in Guiseley in Leeds.This role is responsible for the operations, sales, profitability and performance of the Bathing team. This includes management of both the Bathing team and our contractors and owning the end-to-end customer journey.Key roles and responsibilities
  • Ownership of Customer Journey – ensure products and processes are fit for purpose and delivers outstanding outcomes for our customers
  • Ultimate sign-off and approval of all Bathing/Homelift installations
  • Manage relationships with key Product/Installation partners/contractors
  • Manage targets and KPI’s for individual Sales/Customer Service associates and ensure compliance
  • Provide product/process/system training and development to office and field associates to ensure they provide an outstanding service for our customers.
  • Ensure customer information/order status is accurate and up to date on relevant systems (D365, F&O, Bathing Master)
  • Act as main point of contact with our Commercial Partner for Bathing and Homelifts.
  • Where necessary, assist with a number of other tasks including: sign offs, customer queries/complaints, processing and sending orders, close downs and invoicing.
  • Work alongside Credit Control team in managing debt
  • Report on departmental and teams performance on a regular basis to the business, and revenue forecasting for both Bathing and Homelift product streams
  • Work closely with office and field sales teams to provide the customer with the best possible journey and feedback where necessary
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
  • Direct B2C operations and/or customer service management experience, including customer management, complaint management experience, logistical experience, as well relevant market and product experience
  • Ability to effectively manage own diary and time
  • Operational Management experience, or similar, including a proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets & goals
  • Ability and experience in people management
  • Strong understanding of relevant MS Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work with a team in order to achieve group goals and targets

  • This is a full-time role and is based on-site at our offices in Guiseley, Leeds. Due to this being site based, you will need to live in commutable distance to Guiseley.
