- Lead a portfolio of clients, covering both ongoing annuity outsourcing engagements and Mobility Transformation projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring consistently high levels of service.
- Oversee the successful delivery of mobility transformation projects, ensuring technical excellence and innovation
- Manage day-to-day client service delivery with a strong emphasis on advisory.
- Collaborate across service lines and with international colleagues to identify and capitalize on mobility opportunities.
- Proactively seek new opportunities from existing clients and drive new business from target organizations.
- Act as a trusted member of the management team, mentoring junior staff and making key decisions impacting the team. Also collaborate with other sub-service lines and service lines to help EY succeed in the market.
- Continue to transform delivery of services, leverage new technology, evolve operating model and working with alliance partners.
- Passionate about global mobility, with a desire to inspire clients toward best-in-class solutions.
- Experienced in leading teams, with a strong track record of people management.

- Strong outsourced mobility technical acumen with a desire for continuous professional development.
- Ability to convey complex advice in clear, accessible language that is technically accurate and provides practical insights.
- Relevant professional qualifications and experience
- Skilled in identifying areas of risk, conducting effective reviews, and knowing when to escalate issues.
- Minimum of 10 years' management experience within global mobility.
- Experience in a professional services environment.
