- Supporting the assessment of business processes, identifying and quantifying inefficiencies, and contributing to the design and implementation of improvements, leveraging tools like SAP Signavio to drive process transformation initiatives for our clients.
- Assisting in the development of compelling proposals and pitches that showcase innovative solutions for enhancing clients' operating models.
- Supporting the development of business cases, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and collaborating with senior team members to deliver sustainable results for clients.
- Assisting in conducting methodical research, analysing large qualitative and quantitative data sets, and shaping recommendations under the guidance of experienced consultants.
- Supporting the evaluation and application of emerging technologies and innovative approaches to shape strategy, design operating models, define principles and roadmaps, and contribute to the delivery of transformation initiatives.
- Contributing to strategic and operational reviews of organisations or specific functions, working as part of a team to analyse processes at various levels.
- Assisting in organising insights and developing compelling narratives to effectively communicate recommendations to clients.
- One or more of the following process optimisation areas:
- Business process management; process modelling; process design; process re-engineering
- Process mining; process monitoring
- Process governance; process automation
- Continuous process improvement
- Experience delivering process management using SAP Signavio (inc. Process Modeller, Process Insights, Process Intelligence, Process Governance)
- Experience in analysing process efficiency and identifying improvement opportunities leveraging process data
- Experience in implementing SAP Signavio as part of a broader Digital transformation programs, S/4 HANA implementation (brownfield, greenfield, bluefield)
- Strong knowledge and expertise in business process modelling principles, notation, BPMN, process attributes, connection to delivery tools and methods
- Analysis and improvement of core end-to-end processes including - but not limited to - Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Process optimisation qualification with Lean Six Sigma Green / Black belt
- Leading key activities in the development of Business cases and cost efficiencies to deliver sustainable cost savings in collaboration with clients
- Contributing to the development of approaches and activities to shape recommendations for our clients
- Evaluating and using emerging and innovative technologies or ways of thinking to shape strategy; design operating models, principles and roadmaps; and deliver transformation
- Developing relationships across a broad range of stakeholder groups within the firm and at clients
- Organising insights to define a logical flow to tell a story when presenting recommendations
- Experience in delivering process and enterprise transformation and optimisation tools inc. but not limited to LEAN IX, Celonis, ARIS, WalkMe, iGrafx, and understanding of GenAI accelerators
- Experience in developing Operating Models
- Experience and industry specific knowledge in Retail, CPG, Transport, Energy, Resources or Industrial, and Life Sciences
- Development of business cases and identifying and/or delivering sustainable cost savings in collaboration with senior clients.
