PRIVATE CLIENT LAWYER, NQ SOLICITOR OR AN EXPERIENCED PARALEGAL, UP TO £32,000 DOE, NORTH YORKSHIRE. The appointed solicitor will engage directly with clients on wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts, providing top-tier legal advice.   • The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney and trusts work, with appropriate supervision and support from senior colleagues.
  • You will be working directly with clients to provide clear, compassionate, and expert advice, maintaining the firm's strong reputation for excellence in client care.
  • Applicants should be either a paralegal with 2-3 years' solid experience in Wills, Trusts & Probate, or a newly qualified solicitor with demonstrable experience in this area, including client interaction and file management.
