We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Commercial Data Analyst to join an exciting company in the retail sector, based in Didcot, Oxfordshire. This role offers a salary of £55k plus excellent benefits and the flexibility of working 3 days a week in the office, with 2 days from home. The company, a leader in sustainable retail, has been in business for over a decade and is known for leveraging data to drive customer experiences and business growth.Duties & ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with data and tech teams to manage data pipelines across eCommerce platforms using GTM/GA4 into BigQuery.Develop and implement segmentation strategies to enhance customer experience and personalization efforts.Work with marketing teams to create pricing algorithms balancing product supply/demand across regions.Analyze customer acquisition channels, calculating ROI and attribution for various marketing efforts.What Experience is Required?At least 5 years of experience in data analysis with a strong focus on data extraction, analysis, and manipulation. * Excellent experience in margins, revenue and pricing.Expertise in GTM/GA4, BigQuery, SQL, and Excel (VBA & Macros).Familiarity with tools like Power BI and Python is a significant advantage.Salary & BenefitsSalary: £55,000 per annumBenefits include a comprehensive package offering health insurance, pension, and a generous holiday allowance.Location
