- Clinical governance and revalidation support from an in-house qualified health professional with over 15 years’ experience

- Registered Nurse with current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Minimum of 2 of experience working as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a community or home healthcare setting in the UK.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and their families.
- Ability to work autonomously and make sound nursing judgments.
- Proficiency in wound care, medication administration, and other clinical procedures relevant to community nursing practice.
- Knowledge of community resources and social services available to support patients' needs.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of patients and their communities.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purpose.
