- Follow best-in-class administration procedures, meeting individual KPIs.
- Deal with representations from external stakeholders including clients and members of the public in relation to the service.
- Work closely with customer service and operations team in relation to Complaints regarding the service.
- Produce and Quality Assure prosecution files.
- Quality assure Fixed Penalty Notices.
- Assist and support administration on other sites where required.
- Support and Action queries/issues raised by management and Team Leaders.
- Meet company expectations and maintain the standards expected.
- Comply with Data Protection policies and processes in relation to the administration of the sites you are covering.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Demonstrated hardworking, disciplined, adaptable, and "can do" attitude with a strategic outlook and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, at various business levels.
- Exceptional organisational, planning, and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- A fast learner with a proactive approach to personal development and a willingness to acquire new skills and responsibilities.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Environmental Protection Act 1990, Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014, London Local Authorities Act 1990, and other applicable laws used by our teams at the Council.
- 1 year customer service is preferable administration experience.
