Reference: WR53969An independent Sales and Lettings Estate Agency based in Bognor Regis is seeking an experienced Block Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of developments, overseeing everything from maintenance coordination to lease management and more!Why This Role?
  • Take ownership of managing residential blocks day-to-day.
  • Be the key contact for residents and contractors.
  • Solve problems and improve building services.
  • Build experience in property, safety, and compliance.
  • Work in a varied role with both office and site time.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties.
  • Coordinate maintenance, handle Section 20 Notices, insurance claims, leases, and inspections.
  • Lead AGM’s and meetings with Management Committee members.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both tenants and property owners.
  • Stay on top of legislation and ensure properties comply with relevant laws.
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • Previous Block Management experience is essential.
  • ARLA, AIRPM, or RICS qualification is preferable.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a calm demeanour under pressure.
  • Superb organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workloads efficiently.
  • A confident team player, with a positive, professional, and customer-focused approach.
  • A willingness to stay updated with training and relevant legislation.
