Location: Devizes, WiltshireA leading Wiltshire multi-office practice are seeking a skilled and motivated commercial property solicitor to join their busy, respected team which boasts a strong reputation across national, regional and local markets. With a solid pipeline of work and longstanding client relationships, you'll be stepping into a high-performing environment where quality and collaboration go hand in hand.You'll take on a broad, varied caseload across:
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Property acquisitions and disposals
- Development work for commercial and private clients
We're looking for an England and Wales qualified solicitor with:
- 1 - 5 years' post-qualification experience and strong technical expertise in commercial property
- Confidence handling complex work independently and as part of a team
- Genuine interest in building client relationships and contributing to wider business goals
