This role offers a chance to make a significant impact in a school dedicated to fostering a love of learning.Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver stimulating, differentiated lessons in line with the Year 3 National Curriculum, focusing on both academic progress and personal development.Assess pupil progress using a variety of methods and tools, providing constructive feedback and using this data to inform future lesson planning.Create an inclusive and motivating classroom environment where pupils feel safe, valued, and eager to learn.Collaborate closely with other teachers, teaching assistants, and school leaders to ensure consistency and cohesion across the curriculum.Build strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child’s progress and well-being.Contribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities, school events, and continuous professional development opportunities.Requirements:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.Strong understanding of the Year 3 curriculum and experience in delivering engaging, differentiated lessons.Ability to assess and track pupil progress effectively, tailoring teaching to meet the needs of diverse learners.Excellent classroom management skills, with the ability to maintain a positive and focused learning environment.Strong communication skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.A passion for teaching and a commitment to ongoing professional development.This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate educator to make a meaningful impact within a welcoming and forward-looking school.
