- Fully uniformed: smart white or black shirt, black trousers, black smart shoes, black tie, and black waistcoat
- Hold valid Level 2 Food Safety & Allergens certificates
- Must be over 18 years old
- Supervise and motivate front-of-house teams during service
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams during events
- Ensure smooth service delivery and uphold hospitality standards
- Assist with team training, onboarding, and daily briefings
- Manage set-up and breakdown of service areas
- Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and safety throughout events
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure full compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations
- Waiting Staff – Deliver 5-star service at luxury events and venues
- Bar Staff – Serve with flair at exciting private and corporate functions
- Baristas – Show off your skills at premium cafés and coffee bars
