- Develop and lead the organization’s technology control strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Establish a cohesive framework for technology control design, testing, and automation.
- Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on technology risk and control matters.
- Lead the design of comprehensive technology controls to address risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed controls within technology processes, systems, and infrastructure.
- Identify control gaps and develop solutions to mitigate risks effectively.
- Oversee the development and execution of rigorous control testing programs to validate effectiveness and adherence to standards.
- Ensure the timely identification, escalation, and remediation of control deficiencies.
- Partner with internal audit and external assurance teams to support technology control reviews and audits.
- Drive the implementation of advanced automation solutions to improve control efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Leverage technologies to streamline testing, monitoring, and reporting processes.
- Ensure automated controls are robust, scalable, and integrated into the technology landscape.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of technology control and risk professionals.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Provide mentorship and development opportunities for team members.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute a forward-thinking technology control strategy.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of control design, risk assessment, and automation technologies.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, IT Security, Mathematics, Risk Management, or a related field
- Graduate degree preferred
- Minimum of 12-15+ years proven related experience with 7-10 years experience as part of a leadership team
