- Deliver 2nd line support for a wide range of hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and resolve problems with PCs, servers, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and networks.
- Maintain and support manufacturing-specific IT systems and applications.
- Provide support across Windows environments.
- Conduct root cause analysis to reduce repeat incidents.
- Keep IT documentation, asset registers, and user guides up to date.
- Work with 1st and 3rd line teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Assist with the maintenance of IT infrastructure (switches, routers, Wi-Fi).
- Ensure all work aligns with security and compliance standards.
- Support IT-related projects, upgrades, and rollouts.
- Proven track record in 2nd line IT support.
- Strong hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting skills (PCs, laptops, printers, barcode scanners).
- Experience with manufacturing or industrial IT systems (desirable).
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, able to explain technical issues in plain English.
