Job Ref RW_PRE_0401Description Recruitment Consultant - Industrial and Driving SectorLocation: Horsham£30,000 to £60,000 OTEThis role is based in Horsham and presents an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant looking for a move into a forward thinking agency.Recruitment Expertise:Utilise your in-depth knowledge of the Industrial and Driving sector to source and recruit top talent.Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.Client Relationship Management:Cultivate and expand relationships with clients in the Industrial and Driving sector.Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Industrial and Driving sector.Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts to generate leads.Contribute to the growth and expansion of the client base.Career Progression:Demonstrate a keen interest in career progression and advancement within the organisation.Work closely with management to develop and implement a personalized career development plan.Proactively seek opportunities to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary for future leadership roles.Qualifications and Experience:Proven experience as a successful Recruitment Consultant within the industrial and driving sector.Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, industry trends, and compliance.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Results-driven with a track record of achieving and surpassing targets.Ambition to progress into a Branch Manager role.Benefits:Competitive base salary with uncapped commission structure.Comprehensive training and development programs.Opportunities for career advancement within a growing organization.Collaborative and supportive team environment.If you are an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a passion for the industrial and driving sector we encourage you to apply.
