- Deliver dynamic, results-driven personal training sessions in both 1:1 and small-group formats.
- Support the onboarding of new joiners and long-term members with guidance across training, recovery, and nutrition.
- Help implement and refine centralised programming with the opportunity to contribute ideas.
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and inspiring training environment.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Personal Trainers by supporting their growth and holding high standards.
- Cultivate a team culture based on accountability, passion, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a role model - lead by example through your own coaching delivery and personal conduct.
- Contribute to internal education, performance feedback, and team development initiatives.
- Take ownership of day-to-day site operations ensuring all equipment and amenities are well-maintained and functional.
- Drive key business metrics, including sales performance, member acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
- Collaborate on local marketing and community engagement to build visibility and increase footfall.
- Provide feedback and insights on site performance to central leadership.
- Loves coaching! You'll bring energy to every session and care deeply about client outcomes.
- Has strong leadership and mentoring skills: you will naturally lift others up and lead by example.

- Holds a Level 3 Personal Training qualification (or equivalent).
- Bonus if you have experience in sales, retention, or fitness operations, but attitude and leadership are the most important.
