- Significant experience in residential property sales
- Proven success in listing and valuing properties
- Confident communicator with persuasive negotiation skills
- Smart, professional, and customer-focused
- Self-motivated, articulate, and highly ambitious
- Local area knowledge (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- 5-day working week
- High basic salary + commission
- OTE £40k with potential for more
