If you're passionate about delivering excellent service and want to be part of a broker with big plans and a clear sense of purpose, this could be the role for you.About the Role:You'll work closely with Account Executives and directly with clients to manage a portfolio of commercial insurance policies, ensuring smooth renewals, efficient service, and strong relationships. The role can be full time or part time.Responsibilities:
  • As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, and day-to-day policy servicing
  • Supporting Account Executives with new business activity
  • Preparing and issuing policy documents and renewal terms
  • Liaising with insurers to negotiate terms and provide tailored cover
  • Providing clients with prompt, professional advice across a range of commercial risks
About You:
  • As an existing Commercial Account Handler, with a minimum of 12 months' experience in a commercial insurance role
  • Strong working knowledge of products such as property, liability, fleet, and combined covers
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Confident building relationships with clients and insurers alike
  • Experience using Acturis is a bonus but not essential
  • Cert CII qualified or working towards (preferred but not required)
