This is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing both in-house engineers and external contractors to ensure the effective delivery of facilities management services.The successful candidate will manage daily operations, maintaining regular communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure expectations are consistently met. They will take responsibility for the cost management of planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring all work is delivered on time and within budget. A strong focus will also be placed on meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring all work carried out is compliant with relevant regulations and standards.This role also involves conducting audits and compliance reviews to maintain quality and statutory obligations.   • As a Facilities Manager you will be responsible for hard services across a local government contract

Candidate:
  • As a Facilities Manager you will have experience of managing client expectations and contractor performance
  • You will have excellent communication skills and are able to hold people accountable
  • It would be desirable for you to have either mechanical or electrical qualifications
