  • Leading from the front – inspiring your care team to deliver exceptional care
  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating bespoke care plans
  • Providing strong clinical guidance and hands-on support across the home
  • Ensuring full compliance with CQC and safeguarding policies
  • Creating a safe, supportive environment where residents thrive
  • Championing dignity, independence, and quality of life for every resident
What You’ll Bring
  • NMC Registered Nurse (active PIN)
  • Proven experience managing a nursing home or similar care setting
  • Leadership & Management in Care Level 4/5 – highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A natural leader with a supportive, can-do attitude
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and risk management
