We are recruiting on behalf of a practice in Banbury for a Permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.You will have good experience of working in a small animal clinic. You must have excellent communication skills in order to inform and support clients, competence in routine surgeries and the ability to create evidence-based treatment plans. You must also be passionate about keeping up to date with your own professional development and have the confidence to work sole charge at times.The position can be either full or part time for a minimum of 25 hours per week, along with 1 in 3 weekends. This can be more flexible for the right candidate.This practice is an established and thriving practice that provides a supportive and friendly environment to work in.   • Salary: £40,000 to £60,000 pro rata, commensurate to experience
