  • Support strategic development of SEND provision
  • Complete Annual, Interim, and Emergency EHCP reviews per SEND code of practice
  • Manage day-to-day SEND policy and coordinate support for pupils with SEN or disabilities
  • Oversee looked after pupils
  • Provide professional guidance to staff, parents, and agencies
  • Advise on budget and resource use, including staff development
  • Promote inclusion and curriculum access
  • Lead and manage staff and resources effectively
  • Lead interventions to support all pupils
  • Quality assure teaching and learning focused on SEND
  • Attend and review PEP meetings
Requirements
  • Accredited SENDCo qualification
  • Hold QTS or QTLS
  • Passionate about education and inclusion
  • Leadership experience
  • Able to manage SEND provision with the Headteacher
