- Support strategic development of SEND provision
- Complete Annual, Interim, and Emergency EHCP reviews per SEND code of practice
- Manage day-to-day SEND policy and coordinate support for pupils with SEN or disabilities
- Oversee looked after pupils
- Provide professional guidance to staff, parents, and agencies
- Advise on budget and resource use, including staff development
- Promote inclusion and curriculum access
- Lead and manage staff and resources effectively
- Lead interventions to support all pupils
- Quality assure teaching and learning focused on SEND
- Attend and review PEP meetings
- Accredited SENDCo qualification
- Hold QTS or QTLS
- Passionate about education and inclusion
- Leadership experience
- Able to manage SEND provision with the Headteacher
